Whether you’re baking gingerbread cookies for friends or decorating sugar cookies for Santa, adding honey can be a simple way to give your recipe the perfect amount of sweetness!
2½ cup Blanched Almond Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ cup Coconut Oil softened
½ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Handful of Chocolate Candies
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix with a hand mixer.
Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press balls flat.
Bake at 350° for 7 - 10 minutes.
Cool, serve and store in fridge. This makes around 22-24 cookies.
You may add a handful of walnuts, hemp seed, raisins.
