Natural Christmas Cookies

Whether you’re baking gingerbread cookies for friends or decorating sugar cookies for Santa, adding honey can be a simple way to give your recipe the perfect amount of sweetness!


  • 2½ cup Blanched Almond Flour

  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda

  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt

  • ½ cup Coconut Oil softened

  • ½ cup Honey

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • Handful of Chocolate Candies


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Mix with a hand mixer.

  3. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press balls flat.

  4. Bake at 350° for 7 - 10 minutes.

  5. Cool, serve and store in fridge. This makes around 22-24 cookies.

  6. You may add a handful of walnuts, hemp seed, raisins.

  7. This recipe is a great base recipe to adapt and change to your liking!
