Fresh Brussels Sprouts
3 tbsp avocado oil
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp honeyraw hot honey sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Trim outer dry leaves, cut bottom off, and slice Brussels lengthwise
in large bowl, toss Brussels Sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper to coat thoroughly.
Transfer Brussels Sprouts to lined baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized for about 20 min.
Return Brussels Sprouts back to bowl. Add remaining table spoon of avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, and our delicious hot honey sauce.
Toss to coat evenly and serve.
